| Mintues of Parent Teacher Association Meeting |
A PTA meeting was held in the Vidyalaya on June 4,2009 at in the office of the Vidyalaya. Following points were discussed:-
- That since the temperature is rising high, The Vidyalaya timings be changed from 0800-2100 hrs to 0730-1400 hrs.
- KVS,HQ be requested through the chairman VMC to fill up all the vacant posts by way of transfer/fresh appointment to avoid any academic loss to the students
- PTA meeting time in future be 1300hrs as it is convenient for the parent members to spare their time from their lunch break.
- Extra classes should be conducted in the morning time only as during afternoon tome, it gets pretty hot for the students.
- Day of the week should be allotted to different subject for homework purpose as it is felt that some time children are without much home work and on another day they are heavily loaded.
